The campus has automated library services for the students. The campus have made necessary arrangements to make the library accessible for the students studying at both Morning and Day shifts.

The campus also offers e-library services where students and faculties can access 17 different reputed libraries of the world. This service is provided through Nepal Library and Information Consortium.
The campus periodically conducts Class Test and Mid - term examination. The students are slso assigned Term Paper, Preparation and Case Studies specific to their academic programs. The internal evaluation of the students is performed on the basis of the guidelines provided by the university.
RMC is and autonomous center of Mechi Multiple Campus (MMC) solely committed towards excellence in research, supporting mini research funding for the faculty member annually. Many of the faculty members will receive research funding through RMC and upon completion of the research, findings will be published in the Journal Published by MMC. Beside, the RMS will also be responsible for undertaking the competitive research and research training at MMC
RMC will invest its resources in areas of potential strength, significant to the faculty's mission. Such areas will provide particular depth of academics and research training opportunities to faculty members and students. For that purpose, the RMC will frequently conduct seminars/ workshops for the faculty members and students.
It is equally important for the researchers (faculty/student) that the finding of their research should be disseminated more widely to the public in order to bring changes in the sociery. The RMC will undertake the responsiility of publishing Journal regularly incorporating the research papers produced through research projects conducted by research grantees in collaboration will the cell.
The RMC will oversee the research activities of the faculties and students, drive the faculties research agenda and implementation plan, foster a research culture including the development of a research strategy to increase the organization's reesearch skill and importantly to review and monitor internal and external research proposals and applications.
The RMC aims to ensure that all research and evaluation proposals/applications are aligned to the University's strategic plans and in accordance the legislative requirement of the University.
The RMC will provide 'first point of approval' for all research proposals ensuring there is appropriate engagement of faculties and students, identifying and ethical considerations as well as potential impacts of implications resultings from the proposed research.
Mechi Multiple Campus also has an Internal Quality Assurance Committee (IQAC) coordinated by Campus Chief and represented by Head of Departments and Self Assessment Team Coordinator as member Secretaty.
The major functions of the IQAC is but not limited to: supervision and feedback to Self Study Report preparation; make recommendation to Campus Management Committee and General Body; and Conduct periodic internal quality audit based on SSR requirements . The IQAC oversees all matters related to quality of product and service of the campus and makes necessary recommendation.
Placement Cell
The placement cell of Mechi Multiple Campus assist graduating students to identity internship and placement opportunities as per their areas of interest. The cell organizes career as accorance to therir aspirations.
Medical Care
A moderate medical facility is provided by the campus. The campus has fully functional sick room which the students can avail during the time of need.
Scholarship
Student Welfare Chief is responsible for scholarship and extra-curricular activities in collaboration with Free Student Union.
Hostel
There is Boys' hostel with limited seats. A newa Girls' hostel is scheduled to be constructed by 2020.
Ram Thapa Diwash is celebrated every year to commemorate maryrdom of First People Movement 2046/47.
Spors week is organized every week with collaboration of Student Welfare Chief and Free Student Union.
The students also celebrate World Earth Day under the initiation of Department of Environment Science
